Great color match even on 2002 vehicle. I screwed up by being too far away on clear coat so slightly dull. Sam explained my error in application and resent new product free of charge. Couldn't be more happy.

Touch has been a big help. I ordered a pen to fix a couple scratch marks on my new toyota. I was very excited when they came in. As I tested it on the test area I realized the color was not correct. I contacted support and received an immediate response. They shipped our the correct pen right away and apologized for the mistake! I work with customers all day and customer support is very important. The care I received was Phenomenal. Thank you so much!!!

As a neophyte auto body guy, I learned as I went on this repair. Postitives- great paint match and good company. I bought their primer and wish I had used a filler/primer instead. Live and learn. Areas of improvement - their on line "how to's" are out of date and incomplete. They miss several critical steps (sand after prime, others), so suggest you use you-tube to fill it in. Somewhat surprised they are weak in this area. With a sophisticated website and process, it would improve the overall experience.

My order has taken three weeks. I ordered my touchup paint with Amazon as the middle party. Somewhere, somehow my order was never delivered. When I contacted TouchUp, the customer service was very good and they identified why the order wasn't delivered - they had my address incomplete. The thing is that Amazon has it right so I am not sure why TouchUp got it incomplete. The problem is that if I hadn't contacted TouchUp, my order would have stayed in limbo. I had previously written a review, but I wanted to quickly amend it(I couldn't find any way to edit reviews). The clear coat pen I received didn't work. No matter how many time I pressed the tip, as I had done with the base and mid-coats, nothing would come out. Very disappointed.

Color matched pretty well. However, I didn't like the way the pens worked at all. Even with practice and reading up on the website, it was hard to get the paint color to come out evenly and cover the spots completely and smoothly. Plus, it either ran out really quickly or it's very hard to get the last of the paint out. I guessed that the pen would be the most user friendly; however, I really wish I had picked a different method of applying.

I ordered product from this website and the package arrived as ordered, no issues at all with the product. A couple of months after the transaction I was notified by my bank that my Visa card was compromised. 8K of unauthorized purchases appeared on my card. Today I received an email from Touchupdirect stating their 3rd party site that stores the card information was breached. Just want everyone out there to be aware of this issue.

I ordered white and was shipped silver. The company was very quick to respond and ship the correct color, I assume, since I haven’t received it yet. However, they shipped it regular mail which took a week to get the first time.
