Delivery was slow. The product was not what it had been in the past, but the company quickly offered to ship a replacement. We're waiting for that new shipment. Excellent service.
I originally wrote a bad review starting that I received duplicate product and could not get it returned and refunded and that the clear coat went on cloudy. I have since received excellent customer service - they have refunded my account for the duplicate product and worked with me to apply the clear coat a little thicker for excellent results. Really disappointed all I can do is type in the make and model of my motorcycle they offered one color.i wait a week to find out it's the wrong color and that they don't even offer my color.i say they need to get out of the business. If they. Can't do any better bottom line is.THEY SUCK

Overall amazing customer service. I had touch up pens that eventually dried up on me after a few months and without hesitation they sent me new ones as a courtesy. Couldn't be more thankful for the customer service, quality, and understanding manner this company has. Very impressed, thank you again!
Purchased some aerosol cans to touch up some spots on my bumper. The color match was perfect and the clear coat matched my original finish 10/10 would buy again!
