I'm disappointed with this product.I ordered 4 can's Black Cherry Pearl Color Code: 3P2 with clear coat and the color match wasn't even close. The paint itself looked like a Matte finish no gloss whatsoever. I thought I had ordered the wrong product at first. To make it even worse the clear coat was foggy white color that ruined the project completely. For the amount of money I paid for this product it's a total rip-off !!!! Everything was good about the ordering process, except the delivery was left at my front door without being personally received by me. The paint was apparently stolen by porch pirates, but was promptly replaced without any hassle. I haven't tried the product yet, so it remains to be determined how good the actual product is. Service was excellent..
Do not buy the product!!! first of all the website had a glitch and I received and was charged for double product. Then fedex would not accept my return of the duplicate product and the company would not issue me a return label. Finally the product just did not work - the base coat matched the color of my car but the clear coat went on like cloudy sandpaper no matter how hard I tried and followed directions to the tee. Very good customer service. I had to exchange a product and they made the process really easy.
Ordered the two piece kit for $30. Color didn't match and I reached out to Joe in support. Nothing has been resolved and it has been quite some time now. I told him I would put this in dispute with my credit card company, but again no response. Your customer service is less than one star and today I am contacting my credit card company to put this in dispute. I have wasted way too much time on this at least 10 back and forth correspondance and still no resolution. I even offered to mail these back at my expense. You guy... read more

Excellent customer service. Replaced my order that was lost by the USPS at no charge. Nice to know there are reputable companies like this around. Highly recommend them.
I would give this less than one star if I could. My order was made over a month ago and still no delivery. Customer service is NO help at all. I've requested a refund and now I haven't heard anything. Would NOT recommend this company.
Excellent customer service. Although having an issue with the product blending in correctly... the customer service has been great.
