Purchased touch up for my Titanium 2005 CBR1000RR. Not a match, too dark. Followed their instructions to a T, even used the test sheet prior to applying. Worst part is that when I reached out to request a refund...nothing. No response whatsoever. They couldnât care less about their customers. Do NOT recommend.
I bought their product online and it did not match my factory color. They made me jump through hoops for weeks doing spray samples and sending them pictures. When I finally proved to them the paint was the wrong color they refused to honor their guarantee. This is a very poor and dishonest way to do business. If you had no intention of honoring your guarantee at least have the decency to not waste my time doing countless samples in hopes I just go away.
Wrote about order not being delivered four times. No response. Pretty unhappy with customer service.
Order came in just a few days and the product works great!

I found this company by accident and I'm glad I did. My color is a perfect match and I received my pen in about 3 days. The only thing I didn't like is using the pen on sides of the car. My scratch on the hood was easy because the pen was pressed downward but for the side I wasn't able to push the pen to release the color and that's ok. Next time I will purchase the spray or the brush on!
