Received paint in an envelope full of Mars Red paint. Glass tube broke in transit. Poor packaging - a small box would be better than an envelope. Awaiting refund.
I followed the directions on the site and my car bumper looks terrible. The paint I put on separated and looks worse than ever. I think this might be good for a small scratch, but my problem was about the size of a half dollar and it looks bad, and now I am stuck with it. I am afraid to take it to a car wash because I believe it will all come off.

Paint was exact to the color of my car. Also came with clear coat. Plus, great customer service at Touch Up Direct as I had a question for them. They replied immediately and solved the answer to my question. Recommend them highly.

Product presentation was great, even had a color match card for testing. I have already begun recommending the site to my friends. The web service is great and the costumer service is even better... I sent the wrong color code but they helped me with the correct replacement promptly..
Not satisfied., admittedly it was an unusually situation being a trailer camper not a car. never the less not satisfied with paint or the response. I will accept that it is some how my fault as I was told. However that is not a good business model nor is it satisfactorfy
