Horrible product, cheap cheap spray paint and clear coat. Spray pattern and nozzle suck on these cans. Paint comes out orange peeled and textured. Save your money and buy paint from a local store.
Customer Service was phenomenal! Website is smooth and easy to navigate! Easy to fond my car's color! Great reviews all over online! Have not received my package yet but I definitely won't be surprised if it is as great as the rest of my experience with TouchUpDirect has been!

The pen dispenser was hard to impossible to use on a vertical side panel. While I was depressing to get the flow started I either got to much with primer, clear coat and to little with paint. It would be a lot easier with a small brush were you could cover only the scratched areas.
I purchased Jeep UA/PUA Gobi paint to repair a small dent in my door. Not remotely even close. I should have went with to my local auto part store that sell car paints that they mix specific to my vehicle. Iâll to paint it all over lesson learned. I had bought some for my truck and it was perfect but at a cost. Mark
Very good service. Product was received in a few days, within the announced timeframe, but too late for us. I requested a return and they refunded me completely.
I have not used the paint yet but they have a great customer service. I plan to use the touch up paint soon and will report back.
I must say I do not usually write reviews on behalf of a business that I use from time to time. This would be the first time I have written a review for a business I have used for the first time. I've placed several orders in the past but the last one might just be that, the last one. Ordered spray paint and clear coat paid $13.29 on a $41.95 order, over 30% shipping, and I still have to wait 9 days to receive the order. Placed on 7/14 and they're saying I'll receive it on 7/23, maybe. When I expressed my concern I was given a 25% coupon for a future purchase, lol.
