The TUD team is top shelf. I called with questions and had them all answered on the spot; placed my order late afternoon and it shipped early the very next day! Nicely done!
Website says ships within 1-2 business days. One week after order it still hadn't shipped. Cancelled order.
I contacted Touchupdirect with an issue with the clear coat. This issue was that the clearcoat went on like powder coat quite rough. They told me that put on the clearcoat wrong and it was drying before it hit the surface of the car. Well I sanded off the clearcoat and the had to apply several fresh coats of base color which I purchased else where. After tacking down the base coat. Ordered touch-up paint for my car, the package arrived top was ripped, and no paint. sent an e-mail to the company, they sent a replacement, days later received what I ordered. They were fast, and I would buy from them again.

I'm so disappointed the color is not even 70% match.
I'm so disappointed by the paint, the color does not match my original color and it's very noticeable , even by using their selecting tool for the make model and year. not even 70% accurate.
