How can a company that averages 1 1/2 stars have a A+ rating. They sell you merchandise that is far from what they claim. I have purchased more than a dozen shirts, and have had to return more than half for sizing issues. The last two times have broken the camels back. I made a purchased and returned the shirts because of sizing issues, way to small than indicated. I received a store credit, purchased three more with the same damn issue. Why is there not a Zero star option? In my opinion, this company is a straight up scam, and I just experienced something I've never imagined. I ordered 4 pairs of shoes, 2 different styles in two different sizes. I liked (and fit) on one particular pair, so sent the other three pairs back. Before they received my return, I was given an RMA stating 3 pairs were going back. But then the RMA updated to two pairs, which I thought was odd. Bought BEDDI 2 alarm clock that show ****** on book and state app on ****** App Store and yet in Florida i tried to download app and it said not available in country/region! I have email them with no response... they will not allow returns do i stuck with almost a $100 bulky desk weight! It is clearly false advertisement! Even ”Witti” the company whom makes it will not response! Horrible business and think they should be sued for false advertisement
This store must be a fake or foreign store masquerading as a CA store. It just defrauded y daughter thousands of dollars and she will refute and bank will go after. If they would answer their phone or read emails, they could avoid a lot of issues but the emails we get in response suggest English is not their first language. so be warned --do not do business with this company!
You can not describe your company as "Modern" and have your products delivered by the pony express... I Ordered, took 4 days to travel 75 miles, and another 4 days to make it 3000 miles, then 4 more days to travel 100 miles. The thing weighs 7oz. You could have tied it to an African Swallow and it would have made it here sooner. Ships in 1-3 days is not a policy they follow.
Ordered a phone case wallet, unfortunately the wallet portion doesn’t exist. I received my case which is nice but needs the wallet portion in order to be functional for me. I emailed more than a dozen times and no resolution and no return. I have a sticky phone case without the accessory that I wanted in first place. No stars, I am screwed , i have three orders i have placed with TOM and paid for in the month of Feb. It is the end of March and no communication re: my ordered items : 2 bracelets, a sweat jacket, and packing cubes. My recommendation do not patronize this company unless you want headaches.
I had ordered Gucci sunglasses from this website. I am 100% sure that Gucci products are from Italy and this said it was made in Japan. I was not provided with a certificate of authenticity or was I given the correct sunglasses. I have been robbed over 200+ dollars by these people and I can not get my money back. I am going to be filing a report with the attorney general as well as contacting a lawyer. I request my money back.
l ordered a moon & tree art board with lights...the lights only went halfway around, the board around frame is bent. Called customer service no answer. I would not order from them again. I want my money back...took 4 months to get this item..Terrible service & products!!
