Placed an order over two weeks ago and still not shipped. They say they only ship after their sale is over. I told them to cancel the order and they refuse to do so. Could have saved $100 buying it elsewhere but they have my money and wont give it back. Avoid these guys at all costs.

Beware of their app. I had 4 items in my shopping cart but decided to do some online research on the company first. I changed my mind and I closed the app without processing my purchase. I then received an email stating my purchase was submitted and processed despite not doing so. I immediately submitted requests for cancellation on all items and was told that all sales are final. Terrible first experience with a company I was initially excited about. Beware of their broken app.

Touch of Modern has terrible customer service and sells inferior products. I purchased a convertible beanbag chair. It is supposed to be stuffed with a queen sized beanbag mattress. The mattress that I received is stuffed with shredded foam (old and hard). When I contacted Touch of Modern about a return I received an email saying that the product was a final sale and can't be returned. this company is not trustworthy and has horrible customer service. Of the last 5 items I have ordered 4 have been delayed or never even reached me. When I try to reach out for updates or resolution, all I get are generic emails saying "we will get back to you when we know something" I have had items delayed for up to 2 months with ongoing complaints from me that never go answered. At one point in time I was even told I might not receive my item....how is that possible. I have had it with the company and had to open a dispute... read more

I purchased a projector from this company December 19, 2020. It is now February 13, 2021 and they keep telling me to be patient, my item was mailed. They can't give me a tracking number because they say "it is an issue with the carrier". They keep saying the parcel will arrive. Two months is more than enough time for the parcel to show up. I get parcels from Myanmar, Africa, Germany, and S. America in a month or less. They also ignore many of the emails I send them. The company products are not true to what they advertise. They stipulate store credit only as they have major issues with quality. Be careful ordering high end products as you will more often than not be disappointed. Will not be ordering in the future.

I am a vendor who supplied Touch of Modern a product to sell. After following all of their guidelines for packaging, delivering, and invoicing them for our product sales, they still have not paid us. We even delivered the product to their warehouse for shipment to customers almost 3 weeks before the due date. The team we worked with to sell the product was great but the fact that they don't pay their bills on time is not acceptable. The Touch Of Modern web site is a scam! If you order anything it is shipped from the manufacturer, not Touch of Modern, so shipping can take for ever and many items are out of stock but not listed as such. Customer Service is non-existent!

They are scam artists in actual theft... I purchase a background light that was $90 dollars. They sent me some BS gift cards and a $4 sketchbook... I have tried to call the company number, I have submitted texts, emails, and refund request on the app and have heard absolutely nothing.
