I recently came across this business and in my constant quest to find unusual holiday gifts for my friend who has everything, I was happy to find items. But, I was NOT happy when I received order confirmation and it showed 7-11 weeks for delivery! This puts it past the holiday time and is therefore mute. I ordered something on 9-9. Said it would ship in 1 day. It's been packed and a Dhl was assigned. It's still sitting in their warehouse. They keep saying it will be shipped in 48 to 72 hours. I've emailed like 8 times. Called the Corp number and you can no longer talk with them only email. The office manager email was full. I could only leave a message on accountings VM. But they will never call back. They won't cancel or ship. My first and last time with this company.

Hello, Please note that ever since I discovered this website I was hooked. I ordered a few items in a short amount of time. Just recently I had 2 problems. One problem is that I had ordered 4 Black and black and orange bags, the bag has IAMRUNBOX displayed in the front of the bag. I am a first time customer of this company. I ordered an item with the understanding there would be a 2-3 week turnaround. After a month, I have had only emails indicating the item was delayed to we have the item and will ship it out ASAP. I have not received any confirmation of tracking and the item was reposted with $150 discount from the price I paid. Their fulfillment process is horrible!!!!!!!!!! They told me it takes 14 days just to process my order. Then shipping after that. Do they have computers, phones or a fax to process? This is not the 60's!

Received an automatic Vulcain ladies watch cost me over approx $2000 CAD . the watch is not working , reached out 8 times William and also Sherry at touch of modern said they would get back to me but didn't. i checked my order status only to find out that the issues i keep telling about show up as resolved .. what a bunch of lies. BBB need to investigate to see how a company like this has A plus credit rating , when i see from the previous comments that it only has a 1star rating?

I bought some masks to protect from Covid. After many weeks they sent me masks that did not fit (too big even though I have a big head) and I could not for the life of me figure out how to assemble the mask. There was nothing in the package to show me how to do it, and no materials online. So I reached out to customer service and waited several days for a response. Lame. I thought this company was legit, despite all the negative reviews I went ahead and ordered a Swiss watch, one month later I’m still waiting on delivery for this from China??? According to my tracking info it has been shuffled around the USA for the past 9 days. I’m seriously starting to think this is a scam. Let’s see what happens from here....not holding my breath.
