I received and ordered a what was supposed to be a 100% Authentic Lambskin Leather Jacket, The item Is FAKE. This is the farthest thing from real leather, And, I to think I paid $190.00 for this item. Makes me disgusted. This company should be investigated and closed down immediately. I tried to call, Email, text, etc.. You Cannot get a Rep on the phone or do anything to further a return or refund. I called American Express and filed a dispute and complaint. This company has very slick advertising but overpromises and under delivers. I order two t-shirts two weeks ago and they're still being "prepared by supplier." The estimated shipping time is 3-5 weeks. Is this a joke? 3-5 weeks to get two t-shirts? These people need to be put out of business quickly.

spam e-mailed me, I live on the east coast. never done business with them- no idea what they do- never shopped with them or showed interest in any of their crap.

I purchased 2 items over 6 weeks ago...no communication with this company since. Items seem to being shipped via china post and that takes 2 months to receiver coming via a boat. I will NEVER order for this Company again.

Selling knock off items and even when told by the manufacture Medford Knife and Tool they continue to sell the product. That is a coubterfiet. Shows alot for what you are buying.

Well I can see by the complaints here that you are every bit as screwed as I thought you where!!! contacting you by e-mail useless and no one every returns calls, these are my last two orders I tried to use credits clicked on the use credit line and nothing?

Absolutely terrible. I purchased an expensive but defective watch and, despite numerous “help line” emails have received only one “stock answer” which was wrong. I replied that the answer didn’t apply and received no response. Then I received another “form” email asking if I was satisfied with their response. I have called the “help line” at least two dozen times and am told, every time, by recorded message that “no one is currently available” They do not tell you who the actual seller is, so I can’t even direct my communica... read more

Ordered a knife with an expected delivery in 3-4 weeks. After 7 weeks I sent an e-mail to customer service asking for the status of my order which was now 2x beyond expected receipt. Within 24 hours I received a return e-mail telling me the knife mfg was overwhelmed with orders and production was way behind and that it might be another 2-3 weeks or more before my item would ship.
