Very Poor Management. Poor Policies. They have a 60 day payment policy with the suppliers and the supplier has to chase, no matter how small the amount, even after the payment is overdue by 90 days. No one takes any responsibility. No one is available on the phone. Pathetic!

The worst customer service ever.. well..? There is None. All the responses are computer generated with some phony names. There’s no phone numbers or live persons to communicate with. I purchased a watch from them on December 25th that was promised to be shipped in 1-5 business days. Today is Jan 22nd and it’s Hasn’t shipped yet.. I’ve emailed them several times and in response I get this robotic response that my watch is about to ship. I am contacting my credit card company to start a dispute. These guys aren’t for real. Customer service is prompt and try to be efficient. Resolutions not so good. As any corporation they know that customers are always right, otherwise they loose business to others. I just had a purchase that stated that was final e no returns, but we humans and we always make mistakes. I made a mistake of a purchase and don’t even consider give at least a store credit. Lost customer...

I purchased a Christmas present {hologram screen} for my son. It arrived on dec. 13th. when we opened it on Christmas it was a piece of clear plastic with a black plastic base,no directions or manual or phone numbers. I emailed touch of modern that night. They informed me it was "outside the window of return". Why would you open a Christmas present BEFORE Christmas! 8 days later still getting the run around. Next stop the BBB

It's becoming a habit where what is shown in the picture is not what you get. I bought a GANT pair of sunglasses that were supposed to be Made in Italy but guess what..I received a Made in China FAKE pair of sunglasses which were broken when I received it. 4 days I have been emailing with pictures but no response. I would not trust this site and dont get fooled of the products what is shown in the site as you will get disappointed. Please note Country of Origin = imported may be Made in China. their customer service sucks I feel like I have been scammed u to this point, I say that because I have not had a solid response to where anything I have ordered is....no good business. I do not see myself doing any business in the future and am expecting 100% refund period they have ruined my plans and intentions because of there lack of customer service this is as of Dec4, 2019 3 orders paid for no one word on delivery or anything except money gone from my account

I had a fraudulent order placed on my account using my stored credit card. I caught it immediately simply because I was notified by email that the order had been placed. After confirming with my wife that she didn't place an order on my account for a $1500.00 watch I looked into the order and found that it was scheduled to ship to an unknown address in the Chicago, IL area. I’ve been trying to get in touch with customer service for 3 days now. I receive an automated email asking for more details which I respond to immediately then it’s crickets. I had a package stolen and I’m trying to get a replacement and that seems impossible with this company. I’m ready to give up on this company and my $100 and just move on with my life. I would not recommend “ToMo” and I believe this company is a going concern.

I purchase a item in 8/11/2019 I’m yet to see more then a PO sent I’ve reached out to touch of modern multi times asking for information with no feed back so disappointed that this company can still do business like this on a every day practice
