I’m writing this because of a company I have done business with many times and had a horrible experience with. Worst experience ever. Item arrived broken. Customer service phone number is useless, nobody answers. Emails took a minimum of 3 days to respond, usually 7 -14 days to respond. Refused to send a replacement or refund money. This place is a total scam!!! Got me for $370.

Extremely horrible business practices!!!! I really wish I would have better researched your company before making a purchase because I now see that the reviews are horrible. I thought I would be a lifetime client but this experience has definitely shown that your policies are not developed to assist & benefit the consumers. Item: superior softness patterned duvet set// 3 piece// diamond pattern I ordered a comforter from you guys May 3rd 2020. The PO was sent on May 3rd and the next step in the process is shipping. I first waited close to two months to receive the wallet I had order ($125). On may 18th I received a strange package from China with 3 highlighters inside of it. I threw away this package as I had not ordered it, I did not want some strange package from China in my house which could have god knows what. On may 20th TOM finally gave me shipping tracking code. I ordered a N95 mask from ToM. No fault of mine they delayed the delivery from beginning of May to end of May. I requested to cancel the order. With my state opening up I need the mask. This is a health issue not a purchase that doesn’t matter when it’s delivered. First reply was no refund. I followed up. Who needs a Christmas tree after Christmas? This company owes us money from an event that we had in February of this year! The payment was due a month ago. We have sent them multiple emails but we have not received any replies regarding it. Horrible company. I hope the government will investigate them because I am not the only one they are scamming. The most recent review is someone experiencing the same issue as us.
