The worst customer service I have ever experienced. I order 2 shirts from touch of modern that totalled over $100. When they shipped they forgot to include my condo number on the sipping slip so the product was returned back to the sender. This has now been 5 weeks and I receive an email that somehow they are out of stock which makes no sense as they had originally already shipped my product and it was sent back to the sender. It has been close to 3 weeks since I ordered an item and I am beginning to panic as to whether this items will ever be shipped or sent to me. I looked up my order history and shipping information and it is stuck on 'Items awaiting career pickup'. It has been like that for two weeks. I don't get it! It is as though they are not even putting in an effort or we are back in the 50s where it took months to get an item. The wait and hassle is definitely not worth the savings.
Thus company us a scam. Never delivered. No phone number to contact. Countless emails unanswered for days, weeks... Finally got a response when I threatened legal action and got a refund so I could order tbe item from a different company. This company is misleading to the consumer and should not be in business. Since I cannot give 0 stars I'll give them one. But that is being kind.
ordered 3 products from them on 12/25/17 this was during a sale that said if you spend more than 100$ you get 20$ off. and low and behold, i didn't get 20$ off. now its 1/19/18 and still no product. and this company has failed to provide even a tracking number. in addition to all this all the product doesn't even look like its been picked up from the supplier. all the company can do is give robot email responses. completely useless! ToMo is a flash sales site that sells and ships items in bulk. Which is the reason for the extensively long shipping dates which anyone can’t really blame for as it really comes down to the supplier and how fast they are moving. The longest I’ev waited for a product was about a month and few weeks, with an average of about 3 weeks delivery time. Order still has not shipped after a month. Ordered winter apparel and after a month updated to 'shipping to warehouse'. No response to any of my injuries, doubt I will see items before summer.
The worst online experience anyone can have is with Touch of Modern. Firstly, when you place an order, do not expect it to arrive within three weeks, perhaps even a full month! Fed Ex express, UPS express, USPS express, HELLO, HELLO. NEGATIVE! DO NOT BUY FROM THIS PLACE!!! SCAMMERS!!!!! I made a purchase almost two weeks ago. I inquired about the purchase immediately I noticed the company did not include my apartment number. This is prior to shipment - Just the initial 'we took your money' email! I responded immediately requesting my correct address be affixed to the shipping label before it is shipped. I placed an order 12/03/17 with guaranteed ship date of 12/24/17 it is now 1/5/18 and I cannot even get a person on the phone to find out about my order status. Very very poor customer service and shipping policy. I’ll never buy from them again.
