I received a flash offer on watches that I went ahead to purchase, not realizing that Touch of Modern has no physical inventory, unlike other stores. They take your money and then provide a ship date some weeks out. I tried emailing them to cancel my order because it hasn't shipped. All other watch sites will offer to cancel orders before they are shipped and they don't charge your credit card until the item ships. Intentional False Advertisement.They promoted 50% on $5,000 B&W Formation Duo Speakers for $2,500. I purchased them 1/15/2022 then waited until shipping but no movement on my order so I contacted customer service. They were just out of stock that waiting for restock to ship out. 2/16/2022 they cancelled order and saying there was issue on price listing. NO WAY! I ordered the Skyy 3D Tablet as a Christmas present for my best friend who loves movies and is very tech savvy. The ** code that came with the device take you to a web site that is shut down. There were 3 videos on ******* from people other than the Company explaining the product.. Has issues with buffering and corners remain unfocussed. Most media not able to download in a usable fashion. The films that came already on the Tablet are primarily not english and have no subtitles also not helpful. My package arrived while I was out of town and when I opened it and tried on the leather coat, it was at least 2 sizes too small, even though I had ordered it 2 sizes larger than I typically wear with ** sizing. When I contacted "customer support" I was told that I'm a couple of days too late to return the item and that there's nothing they will do to accommodate my request to return for credit. Horrible service. Delayed shipping. Products lack integrity as stated. They are a 3rd party business with no actual products. They offer no refund or then website credit. The 800 number listed is bogus.

I placed an order ... decided to cancel order...within a few hours... merchandise had not shipped...they told me they could not cancel final sell...it would take one to two weeks to get...when I realized this I could get free shipping and it in one to two days...they informed me no refund.. cancellation or exchange.This is ridiclous.very very disappointed customer.
