I've used Total Access Urgent Care several times and each visit scores above my expectations. Better than any other urgent care facility.
Was worried about possibly an infection on my step-fathers's arm from a fall. Everything was so easy and professional. All instructions were clear cut and simple. All personnel from the desk to the assistants to the doctor were so nice so professional. This was an easy visit because of this. Thank you all
This was a wonderful emergency care office. I came in to see a doctor right before the office closed and was received with the utmost attention and care. The doctor was wonderful and knowledgeable and ended up fixing a problem I did not even know I had. Information regarding my condition was printed out for me so i could be furthered educated on the illness. I could not have been more satisfied.

Just want to say.. I have been in the medical field in all aspects of patient care for over 10 years and I cannot say enough about the respect I have for the Professionalism and care I received on my visit. Everyone was awesome!! Loved the respect the Dr. Showed for his staff and there role in my care as well as his professional and caring bed side manner. Came in because I hurt my wrist, the staff was friendly, and got me in quickly. Everyone that walked in the door in my room really cared, which in my experience is unusual for an urgent care, I haven't wanted to go back to an urgent care in years because how bad my experience has been but decided to this time because of a referral from a friend. This is the third time I have been to the location on Tesson Ferry Rd for myself. My youngest son has been to this location also. I have also been to the one out by Webster Groves. I love, love love this place. I will go here over waiting to get into my doc anytime. Everyone is professional, service is quick and no waiting. AWESOME PLACE. It's about 20 mins from my house but WELL worth the drive. I had a new Urgent Care open 3 mins from my house, but I will continue to go here.
We've visited TAUC several times over the past year (at the Wentzville location). We happened to be in the area and my younger son needed to be seen, so I naturally thought of you!
