Was greeted as I walked in and taken back to a room immediately. Very friendly staff, was seen by the PA about my issue, took the time to answer my questions, got a necessary shot and was able to go home with a prescription instead of having to have the prescription called to a pharmacy. Would recommend this location.
I walked in on a Sunday afternoon with my 6 year old son. I was pretty sure he had strep throat and his fever was reading 103.9. I was given 2 quick papers to fill out since it was my first time in. We were back in a waiting room as soon as I filled out the papers and both a nurse and a doctor were in the room with us in under 2 minutes. They had his vitals done quickly and ran a really fast strep swab. The results came back in under 10 minutes. We've had to visit TAUC several times over the past year (unfortunately). Thankfully every time has been timely, convenient (under the circumstances), and professional. My most recent visit for a lingering sore throat had me in and out in about an hour. So thankful they are close to us. I would absolutely recommend without hesitation.

I was expecting less than friendly red-taped service....received just the opposite....Thank You....hope I don't need you again, but you're my first option now!
I received fast professional service. Went in for a broken big toe. They were able to take the xray, clean, wrap ,dress the toe, fill the prescriptions, provide to protective boot and do absolutely everything I needed. Very efficient, friendly staff,, clean facility, informative and gentle. I was in a lot of pain. One of the fastest easiest, most thorough health care experiences I have ever had.
My primary doctor couldn't get me in last weekand sent me to a "clinic". Apparently if you test negative for Strep, whether you have a bacterial infection doesn't matter, they won't give you an antibiotic. So after a week I called my primary doctor again and she was booked. I went to Total Access and walked out with the antibiotic in my hand. I felt they were professional, thorough, and compassionate. The staff and Dr. were very professional they diagnosed my problem, treated me and I was in and out in no time.
Wonderful, caring, professional staff!!! They made us feel comfortable, even though we were there for a not-so-comfortable reason! ---------------- We have now been at this office for numerous reasons and every time, they show the same level of friendliness and professionalism. Love them!!
