This visit to Total Access was perfect. Everyone was warm, welcoming and very professional. The speed of service was mind-blowing!!! Absolutely exceptional!!!!

I sadly have a lot of experience with various urgent cares and can say this visit was my favorite (as much as one can have a favorite urgent care) location. From reception to the paramedic that did triage to the PA that saw me to the EMT that checked me out, everyone was compassionate, kind, professional, and even made me laugh, despite my throat being swollen and painful. They made an attempt to get to know me and provided excellent care.
The staff was very friendly and courteous. I felt very comfortable in knowing that I was treated kindly.
