We got there and before we know it we were called to see a doctor. It was done so fast that we were there less than hour. The staff was nice from beginning to end. Highly recommend!!!
My husband and I love this location. The staff is always friendly and they treat us like our health matters. Although they could not do the extensive treatment that my husband needed, they went above and beyond to make sure that he got to a facility that could give him the care that needed. The facility is clean and I absolutely love the staff!
I brought my daughter in to have her ear checked. The staff was very friendly and welcoming. We didn't wait long at all, and were shown into a cute kids room. Eventhough my daughter is 12, she was impressed with the Paw Patrol theme, and especially the TV. We were lucky in that it was a quick visit, but I am sure parents appreciate these amenities! The EMT and the doctor were great...they answered my questions and were courteous and professional. The ability to pick up her prescription was so helpful too! We will be back!
I am an 88 year old fromFlorida visiting my daughter and a rash that was itching and was developing into watery scabs. No over the counter meds were helping, so my daughter brought me to your facility I was greeted by a smiling face as we entered, asked for insurance cards, filled out the coreect paperwork and withon moments was ushered inyo a waiting room where one of your technicians checked my blood pressur, temperature, asked about my medical history, and when asked by me why she was in medicine, she replied, to help peo... read more
From the time I walked in, I was treated with care and concern. I came in 30 minutes before closing and never felt rushed. I received IV fluids, an X-ray, and anti-nausea medication. I was diagnosed with pneumonia and was able to get the meds I needed there. Friendly staff & professional service!!!!
The entire staff was wonderful, they were all very professional and extremely helpful and very nice. The dr. was fantastic..ty very much for your services. . DEFINITELY RECOMMEND this place to anyone that needs urgent care...jack S.
