Very friendly. Listened to my explanation of symptoms. Took the time to find out exactly what I was experiencing. Offered multiple options to attack the issue.
Everyone was very friendly and very helpful. They were all very knowledgeable and cared about the issues going on. The facility is very comforting, unlike a normal urgent care or er. Not that I enjoy going to any Dr. but if I need to go I’ll go here. Great people and great place

Everyone who has treated me over the last 2 months for recurring spinal compression & arthritis have exhibited the utmost care & expertise. As someone who is deathly afraid of needles, shots in both shoulders did no hurt at all! Thank you all for that & the relief it provides!
Went to the Webster Groves/Rock Hill Urgent Care location with a high fever, all of the associates, nurses, doctors and technicians were really really nice, very knowledgeable and very caring for me. I highly recommend if you are experiencing any sickness, you go and visit the Webster Groves/Rock Hill location! They are just the best! And will take excellent care of you!
