My daughter injured her knee. We made an appointment online. Our wait time was quick. We were in a room as soon as we finished the initial paperwork. Once in a room, the nurse came to do vitals, almost immediately. The doctor was in within minutes. Images were taken shortly after that. She was given a brace with instructions. This was my second visit to Total Access Urgent Care in Wentzville. I received excellent care in a timely manner. All staff were friendly and professional during my visit. I have already let several co-workers, friends, and family know this is the best urgent care facility I have ever received treatment. Thank you for caring!
Fastest care around! Had an X-ray done very quickly... Got my medications there so I didn't have to make an extra trip to the pharmacy. Very thankful for the care I receive at Total Access Urgent Care.

Everyone was very competent and friendly. This was my first visit and I certainly would return. Very thorough in their examination.
Thrilled with the care I received today. Professional and compassionate attention. I felt every detail of my situation was attended to. TAUC is well-run, efficient, and clean. The staff is friendly and professional. I have been here multiple times, for things ranging from the flu to a major cut requiring stitches. I have never had to wait very long to be seen, even during peak hours when the waiting room is crowded. The doctors are knowledgeable and kind. There is a pharmacy on site. Everything about this place is right--a model for other urgent care centers to follow.
