My Second visit in 2 days first for the flu then pneumonia chest xrays IV fluids with meds. Breathing treatments, Staff was so caring compassionate quick, So much better than going to hospital. Shout out to Dr. Troy, Becky, and the other staff. Thank you all for helping me get better. Very clean facility.
Helpful, friendly and fast. Getting the medicine filled there was so great. Nice not having to stand in line to get it filled some way else when you're not feeling well. Melissa M
This was my third visit to Total Access and I had a wonderful experience like always! The wait times are always almost nonexistent, the staff is compassionate and caring, and the medical expertise is top notch. I wanted to especially recognize Amber the EMT that did my initial history, vital signs, etc. She was so kind and I felt like she was truly invested in making sure that I felt better! You couldn't have found a better employee

Eric was excellent with my son. He had to have the flu and strep test done and even though he was upset, they were great with him!
Short wait, congenial staff, felt personally cared for ... not just another patient. Gave me a choice as to whether I wanted further tests or to wait instead of just moving forward with all applicable procedures. Saved $$$.
The staff was welcoming, concerned and kind. I appreciated their quick and knowledgeable care. I felt terrible and expressed my apologies that the timing of my injury kept the staff, an hour, past closing time, but they didn't mind. They were simply invested in caring for me. Thank you TAUC!
Excellent care for a serious drug reaction!! Upon arrival, I was anxious, confused and scared! Less than an hour later, I felt relieved, and so grateful for the care I received! Thank you!
Total Access is Excellent! #1 in caring for your over all health concerns. They really listen to their patients, ask question very thural. Everything there ex-ray to C-Scan, everything! The people there are amazing! If I didn't like my regular Doctor I'd go there for everything!
