From walking in the front door and out again, FANTASTIC! All employees had off the charts soft skills. They made me feel important. Everyone I saw made eye contact, smiled & greeted me like I was the only one there. Best of all, they got me in & out super fast and extreanly satisfied. I thought it was wonderful they are a one stop shop, including prescriptions! The only issue was cost of the prescriptions. They don't use insurance scrip coverage. I will definitely go there when I need to! Thanks to all the staff, YOU ROCK!
Are you sure I can not rate this as six stars? Professional staff. Prompt service. Very thorough. I can in with sciatica. Dr. Spire ordered x-rays of my hips and lower back. As a pharmacist, I certainly thought this as appropriate. As a health care professional, I believe I am qualified to rate this facility. My wife was seen there several months ago with a heart ailment. Dr. Spire did preliminary tests, and concluded that my wife needed to be in the emergency room. They would not let me take her to the hospital, and ordered... read more

This place is wonderful! I was searching for another Urgent Care, and chose this one due them receiving all 5 stars. They deserve all 5 stars and more! I was seen right away and greeted with a smile from all of the staff. They care about their job and it is clearly visible by their actions. I will defiantly go again if needed and will recommend this place to all I know. Thank you guys for taking care of me! :)

Have visited the Chesterfield location several times. Service is always great. Waiting time always minimal. Wouldn't think of going anywhere else.
