Total Access Urgent Care has been our go to for about 5 years, since they opened. They have taken great care of my kids and myself. They are thorough and knowledgeable. I even had to go there on Thanksgiving morning one year- thank goodness they were open. They were great! I recommend Total Access Urgent Care to everyone!
This was my first visit to Total Access Urgent Care, and I was extremely happy. They were very quick to get me in and out, the facility was nice and clean, and everyone I interacted with was extremely friendly, upbeat, and helpful. I did not feel rushed through in any way, but they didn't draw out the visit either. I will definitely go back for any future acute illnesses.
I had no waiting and was able to receive care with my insurance and receive medicine there, which is wonderful to be able to return home when you are ill.
This was by far the best urgent care I have ever been to. I was helped the moment I walked in the door, and everyone I dealt with was knowledgeable, professional, and caring. I can't say enough good things about my experience!
This is a wonderful addition to our neighborhood. When I cannot get in to my GP or need immediate attention, this facility is outstanding. Well worth the ER copay. Prompt, efficient, all in one stop for xrays and scripts. Not to mention the staff - friendly, courteous and knowledgeable.
I had to go to your urgent care 3 times in 5 days I had shingles the first time I went the second was for a abscess the third was for a follow up on the abscess all three visits were Awsome experiences !! I was treated very fast by very friendly associates and Dr.s I will recomed using the urgent cares from now on to everyone I am very impressed by all
very professional and extremely kind! I had something in my eye and went in on a Sunday, and was out in less than an hour. Everyone from the receptionist to the doctor showed concern and took care of me quickly. Thanks for being there for me!
I completely rely on Total Access because I trust their professionalism in treating my needs in a caring, efficient manner and explains everything thoroughly. I have been to 3 different locations and always the same results and all 3 visits were for completely different issues. They keep your records so return visits are prompt. Refer them for sure.
