Excellent care, clear explanation of what was sprained and what to do about it. Great "bedside manner" by all.
I wasn't sure what to expect when I walked in. The space was clean, neat, organized. The front office staff were friendly and helpful. They got my paperwork done quickly and I was in the back being seen much faster than I'd anticipated. The medical staff was very knowledgeable, and experienced. They diagnosed my problem, offered treatment, took X-Rays and had me on my way. I would definitely recommend Total Access and I will go back again if the need arises.

This is the second time I went to Total Access Urgent Care. They were very professional, took time to listen to me, and talk to me about my symptoms. Very prompt in getting me in and out. My visit was 1/20/17. I highly recommend Total Access Urgent Care. Jenny Williams
What a great team of medical professionals! Everyone that assisted with my care really took the time to listen and address my concerns. I was able to have ct scan right on site, have read by radiologist and then report available for follow up care. Much less expensive and more efficient than trip to ER! Highly recommend!!
I am so thankful for Total Access Urgent Care tonight. My asthmatic daughter had a big scare tonight and the staff was able to bring her into a room immediately and get her some relief. They were very thorough and I left feeling confident that she received the best treatment possible. The doctor and staff were very knowledgeable and friendly and made our experience as pleasant as possible. We are so thankful!
Such a great place to go if you are not feeling well! Everyone was very nice and they were all very professional and to the point. Dr. Schlautman knew what he was talking about and did everything he could for me to ensure I left with medicine to help me feel better. Thank you guys! You have a great team!
Very friendly, professional staff. The nurse came by to tell me my nurse practitioner would be in shortly she was doing some stitches. Had a television in exam room to watch while you wait. Nice place.
As a nurse, I was impressed by TAUC. I went there because it was a holiday, my doctor was closed. They appeared to have skeleton staff that day. However, the wait was short, the staff was great and Dr. Farrell was very thorough.
