Went to the Webster Groves/Rock Hill Urgent Care location with a high fever, all of the associates, nurses, doctors and technicians were really really nice, very knowledgeable and very caring for me. I highly recommend if you are experiencing any sickness, you go and visit the Webster Groves/Rock Hill location! They are just the best! And will take excellent care of you!
They are always knowledgeable, kind, caring, professional & they you make sure you are seen as promptly as possible. They have X-ray & CT on-site & can handle many of the issues you might otherwise need to go to the ER for.
Conscientious & caring bunch of people! Great care. The Best!! I was so lucky to have been sent there where I walked out feeling so much better than when I walked in! Amazing!
i rate this urgent care as the best in St.Louis. They took me in right away and all staff was very caring and professional. I went in the day before Christmas with horrible back pain. It turns out I had Bronchitis. They gave me a steroid shot mixed with anti inflammatory properties. Other medications were given right at the site. I was able to enjoy Christmas Day with no back pain. I am so thankful that you have such great hours. I am usually sick when my doctor isn't working on weekends or at night. They are there evenings ... read more

Hands down best urgent care I have ever been to! From front desk to the doctor himself, friendly, professional and highly knowledgeable! Went in feeling like I wanted to cry from pain, after examining and discussing options they treated me promptly and six hours later I feel almost normal again. I can't thank them enough and will never go anywhere else again!
Wentzville Total Access Urgent Care is a capable, clean, professional facility with on site diagnostic and pharmaceutical capabilities at a fraction of the cost of an ER visit without the wait! As a single mother they allow me to get the care that I need without crippling me financially. The 1.5 hour drive is always worth the care I receive from their competent and caring medical staff. I love that I always have a place where I can get in and out for almost every medical need in an hour or less. Total Access is truly patient-focused, with the whole staff - from reception to the techs to the providers - really cares that you’re getting the best treatment possible. Dr. Hinrichs, the medical director, has a great facility, and the staff at every TAIC location are top-notch.
