The first thing I saw when I walked in was a clean, bright waiting and registration area. Check-in was efficient and I was in an exam room quickly. Because I have MS, writing is difficult and filling out forms takes a long time - a special thanks to the the person who helped me fill out the medication list! Stephen, Garrett, Timothy and Dr. Sparks were friendly and professional. Great place!
After struggling with allergies leading to infection I went in Sunday. Lucky, no wait at all, very thorough, offered treatment for both immediate relief and long term resolution of infection. Went from miserable yesterday to "tolerable" today and I slept so I can function / work today. Fantastic! Highly recommend.
My first time in an urgent care and frankly speaking i wasn't expecting too much. Had a very positive experience and the doctor and professionals there explained to me the details of my condition and their treatment was spot on.
My primary care doc is on maternity leave. Needed help with a sinus infection. I was in and out in 55 minutes, medical staff was very professional and friendly, and I felt they were very responsive to my needs. Very knowledgable. Very clean office. I would not hesitate to go there in the future.
I have been to Total Access twice. I have also brought my husband and brother here when they were sick. I can not say enough good things about this facility. Everyone has always been so nice and eager to help. There is always little to no wait. I have never even had to follow up with my primary care physician after a visit here. They are amazing!
Exceptional, can't say enough about how quickly and professionally everyone treated me. Their medical expertise was efficient and my medical concerns were addressed with a trusted diagnosis and excellent treatment plan.
Great service! Fast, friendly, and attentive. We used Total Access clinic when our nine year old daughter became ill on a weekend trip. The staff was quick to get our insurance info ready and get our child back to see the doctor. Everyone was so helpful.
Cannot believe how quick we got in and out of there. Fastest Urgent Care visit ever. Staff was great, polite and overall care was excellent.
Such a caring a awesome staff. Great experience for my 9 year old daughter. Will definitely recommend.
