Dr. Schlautman and his team are the best care in the St. Louis area! Recently was seen at treated at the Chesterfield location on Clarkson. They provide compassionate ,professional care. Total Access Urgent Care has been our go to for about 5 years, since they opened. They have taken great care of my kids and myself. They are thorough and knowledgeable. I even had to go there on Thanksgiving morning one year- thank goodness they were open. They were great! I recommend Total Access Urgent Care to everyone!
I completely rely on Total Access because I trust their professionalism in treating my needs in a caring, efficient manner and explains everything thoroughly. I have been to 3 different locations and always the same results and all 3 visits were for completely different issues. They keep your records so return visits are prompt. Refer them for sure.
Have visited the Chesterfield location several times. Service is always great. Waiting time always minimal. Wouldn't think of going anywhere else.
great facility! Easy to get in , friendly staff, paperwork in order as i had been there before. The facility is clean, and they had me in and out very quickly.....this will be my place to go!!
Such a great place to go if you are not feeling well! Everyone was very nice and they were all very professional and to the point. Dr. Schlautman knew what he was talking about and did everything he could for me to ensure I left with medicine to help me feel better. Thank you guys! You have a great team!
