Cody cleaned our carpets--he was on time and professional and did a quality job...better than any other carpet cleaning company I have used..he is worth his weight in gold@!!! He also cleaned the tile in the entry way and did a super job on the tile.
They showed up on a sunday!! Did a bang up job.
I was given a window of time when they would show up. They arrived an hour after the 2 hour window. Also, they didn't call me to tell me they were running late, I had to call them to ensure they didn't forget about the job.

This customer did call to see where my technician was and when he first got me on the phone, he said he had a window between 12 and 2 and like a dummy I didn't check my schedule (I was at lunch and had a paper print out with me). It was just before 2:00 when he called and my tech had just called me to say he was on his way, so I told this customer that Cody would be just outside his window. Technician was punctual, professional and knowlegeable about the project. I rated the value for money 3.5 stars due to the high cost of moving very few pieces of furniture.
