TLC did a good job cleaning the sofa and chair, but the steam cleaning process left a lot of water on my wood floors. I dried it up, but now there is an area in the finish on the floor that was affected by the water. The technician needs to put cloth around the furniture prior to steam cleaning

After reading this review, the first thing I did was call the customer. I want to start by saying she was very nice about the whole deal. She has an older wood floor (20 yrs) that had less of a finish due to it's age and it was the cleaning product (not so much the amount of water) that was the problem. She said not to worry about it after I offered to come see it and I told her I'd put a note on her file and offer a discount the next time we come out.
My carpets are cleaner than they have ever ben. I mean that I have had it cleaned several times, but TLC did the best job!
They were excellent! Did a great job in a very timely maonor and were extremely nice!
Excellent service, very friendly, extremely responsive. I plan to do business with them again when required.
