TLC Carpet Cleaning did a great job.
Price was expensive for quality of work done. Chair was very expensive and didn't come real clean.
Very easy to work with. Prompt, reponsive and thorough. I would highly recommend them.
Overall the experience was a very positive one. Paul was great to work with and did go out of his way to ensure that our carpets were cleaned in time for us to move into our rental home after a long drive from the Baltimore area. The only problem that I had was that the carpets took an extremely long time to dry and when we arrived the evening after the carpets had been done, we had to sleep in rooms that did not have carpet because they were so wet. When the weather changes, the drying time can be prolonged. I don't know what time she got into town, but we finished the cleaning around 12:30 and carpets can be damp for 6 to 8 hours. We do put down a deodorizer as we clean, but it dissipates as the carpet dries and you won?t smell it like you would if you were there while the cleaning was done. I hope this clears up her concerns. In addition to the great job Mike did, I was very pleased with Paul's follow up to my initial contact and his flexibility in arranging the preview appointment and actual cleaning/repair appointment to fit MY schedule - and the cost was reasonable too. Both men were courteous and professional at all times. I have already referred TLC to friends and family.
Had TLC come by and try to clean the carpet of the home we just purchased. They were reasonably priced and the agent that came out was very helpful and nice to work with. Unfortunatley, most of the carpet was not salvageable but that was not the fault of TLC, so I would recommend them to anyone who needs carpet cleaning done. Thanks!
They showed up on time, possessed great attitudes and friendly demeanors and did a great job cleaning my dryer vent. In and out in an hour. I would hire TLC again for this job, and definitely consider it for other services.
