Carpet still has spots that other carpet cleaners in the past had no problems getting out. Carpet was extremely wet upon TLC leaving. Stretching was adaqate, but expensive. Two pieces of urniture were banged badly at some point during cleaning. No real follow-up call after cleaning. Would not recommend or use this service again.

I have had 1-tech, Joe for the last two years so if you were to go back and read the last 50 or so reviews that range from repairs to air duct cleaning they are all about the same tech that cleaned for this lady. She called just after Joe left to say there was still a wrinkle upstairs. Paul and Joe did an excellent job cleaning out our dryer vent. They were very thorough and made sure the job was done right! Our dryer now fully dries a load of clothes in 1 cycle compared to 3 to 4 before.
