Very professional, explained everything and cleaning was up to expectations.
Serviceman arrived right on time which was a pleasant surprise in light of the usual late arrival of same with other companies. He did a good job but was really in a rush to get it done... whew!
Arrived on time. Took out ALL the stains we had accumulated. Very nice work
prompt, polite and when he got here he said it was less work than he expected and he reduced my bill by $35
The verification call the day prior was very helpful and appreciated. On the day of the service, Mr. Jose Vazquez was on time, he answered all of my questions and addressed my concerns. He was very professional and professionally dressed. I am extremely pleased with the service provided by TLC Carpet Clearning Service and will use them again in the future! I have already recommended them to two of my neighbors!
