Excellent customer service. I received a call within minutes of submitting my need for carpet cleaning. They were very flexible and accommodating with my schedule and timeline. Technician was professional, friendly and did a good job.
They actually did a good job stretching and cleaning our carpet. My only complaint is that they underestimated the time it would take for the carpet to dry, which caused a significant inconvenience for us.
We had TLC strech the carpet. They were very courteous in the in the estimating and courteous. The technician that did the work was also very courteous. Overall very pleasant to deal with. Did the job in the time frame estimated. The technician asked us to inspect the work before the job was considered complete. Very satisified!
They called and let me they were on their way. Joe was very professional and explained what he was going to do before it started and about how long it would take. He did a very good job and I would recommend him to anyone.
Paul, the man who gave the estimate, was exceptional in his knowledge of carpeting. Very professional and mannerly. I was impressed with the repairman as he continually asked my opinion on his repair work to make sure that I was pleased before he finished. I liked them so much that I sent them to my sister to have her carpet stretched. She was also very pleased.
All was done well and on time
