TLC was fantastic! Paul was extremely helpful on the phone and sent Donald out the same day I called (on a Saturday!). Donald came by to give me an accurate quote, but ended up cleaning the carpet that afternoon. He was very honest with his recommendation on a special service he thought was unnecessary. His recommendation worked out great and he did a fabulous job! I couldn't be happier. We will definitely use TLC again!
They took care of my problem (bird nests in exhaust fan vents). Arrived on time and did the work for the agreed upon price. Very thorough in making sure the problem was fully addressed.

The serviceman, Jason, arrived promptly at 8 AM as scheduled. He did a very thorough job and answered all my questions. He cleaned up at the end of the job and already I can barely tell where the carpet repair was done. I am very satisfied.
