My carpets were in terrible shape and they cleaned up beautifully.
TLC repaired the damage my poodle did to my berber carpet. The main piece which had to be replaced, because of the runs, was about 3 feet long and approximately 6 inches wide. The installer did a very good job and, although the repair is not completely invisible (due to the nature of berber carpet), it looks good.
The man that was sent out to stretch and clean our carpet did a very good job.
The gentleman that cleaned my carpet was so nice and friendly I never felt hesitant about asking questions etc. I felt very comfortable leaving the job in his hands and he did a great job!!! The carpets were in such bad shape from the previous tenant that I thought it would need a miracle to look decent but they look way better than that!

Company is very professional. The owner and his team have a professional work ethic. Follow-up is off the chart, AMAZING!!!
TLC did an excellent job of cleaning my carpet. Leo also stretched the carpet in some places where it had buckled up. He was very proficient and courteous. I would recommend TLC with confidence.
Did a good job, would like to have had better follow-up. I requested to have my sofa cleaned but because of the type of fabric they needed to get back to me but they never did.
