The employee was great! He had to show up late due to an emergency cleanup job, but once he was there, he got the job done quickly. I would use this company again.
The guy was on time for the estimate, gave me a great price. The repair crew was at my house the next day on time, the guys did a great job stopping the squeak that I had upstairs. They were very polite. If ever in need for more repairs are a cleaning this is the company that will be called to my house.
Donald was the one that cleaned our carpet. He did an outstanding job. I would recommend him and TLC to anyone.

They were very professional workers. Very polite and explained pricing details and work detail clearly before starting. Very neat, being sure to cover areas for cleanliness and checked the areas before leaving. A pleasant experience.
They were very fast and cleaned thoroughly. The patches put in my carpet where there had been a stain or tear look great and so much better than before. The work was very professional and obviously took experience to look as good as they did.
