This carpet was a real challenge. It had lots of old stains and was very dirty. It was exciting to watch the transformation. Only the very worst of the stains remained once the cleaning was done. I would use TLC again.
The gentleman who came by to do the cleaning was very courteous and did a good job. I would recommend TLC.
