They did a great job on the repairs and the cleaning!
Jerry was quick to point out issues with patching our berber carpet, and issues down the road. Did a great job, and its looks better than having a run down the carpet. Friendly and took his time. Would recommend again.
The TLC technician was great. He cleaned most of the carpet in my 2 story house in abot 2-3 hours. Very good work. I will use them again.

Shelby was early. Did a nice job. Listened to what I wanted moved and what could stay. Very nice. Looks great!

DId an excellent job of cleaning out dryer vent, but it did take prompting to get them to double check that it worked before they left and that is when they found the biggest block. So make sure you are home and check the work after, they were quite willing to double check the work, but again had to be asked.
