Shelby was great. Although he was later than the promised window, he kept me informed of his anticipated arrival time. He did a great job and I will use them again.
Company performed as they stated. Workmanship was excellent and courteous staff. Staff looked to please customer and did not bait and switch or add any additional charges. On Thanksgiving, my visiting mother even ask me if we replaced carpet. Highly recommend company.
They tackled some tough stains and got them totally out of the carpet.
Our carpet looks like new. I've already recommended TLC to a friend.
