Paul Freeman was excellent to work with, professional and courteous. The service tech did an awesome job, too. He was very personable and performed high quality repair and cleaning above my expectations. I highly recommend TLC Carpet Cleaning, Inc. and I will continue to use them in the future.

They fixed some squeaks in the 2nd floor. TLC did an excellent job in keeping in touch and seaming the carpet together again. Originally, the floor was constructed poorly, so TLC was not able to get all the squeaks out - but it sure sounds better and feels more stable.
