They responded right away and could do the job right away.
there was a puppy urine stain on the game room floor we asked to be cleaned. Carpet Tech used an enzyme treatment and it seemed to work. (Pet no longer here). The next day my wife called Paul and asked him to come back to correct this and he was very rude to her. We will not use his business again and will not recommend him to anyone.
