They were extremely nice, especially on the phone, which led us to hire them. They were extremely prompt and completed the work same day. The reason we gave them only three stars is that they had trouble stretching the carpet in some rooms, especially on the stairs (granted, it is a circular staircase.) However, they didn't adjust the price for not being able to do really good work.

True, we did have some trouble getting the carpet to do what we wanted in terms of getting some of the wrinkles out. But in all fairness, my technician informed her husband (she wasn't there) that he was having trouble and he agreed to have my tech do some additional stretching in the formal room and stairs that wasn't on the original estimate/invoice and we swapped those areas out for them.
They were very prompt, professional, clean and did a terrific job.
