Excellent carpet patch repair.It took the carpet 2 days to dry tho'.We didn't move the furniture and left the fans running and my husband used the steam cleaner to pull out some of the water from the carpet downstairs.

The gentleman was on time. He got right to work and kept on working diligently until he finished. He even took the trash scraps with him instead of leaving them for me to get rid of. He explained thoroughly questions I had and never made me feel like I was imposing on him. I really appreciate the warranty that I have on the workmanship.
