We had TLC Carpet Cleaning, Inc. clean all of the carpets in our home. Their response to our initial request was timely and the pricing was below all other Pros referred to your request. They were able to work with our schedule and completed a thorough job. I would definitely recommend them for your needs.

The only problem was that a line of burnt grass was created in our front lawn from the hose

I need to apologize for this. It seems like every year when summer begins, one of our techs forgets to keep the solution hose out of the grass. We obtain temps above 200 degrees when we clean, and between the hot water running through the hose and the temperature outside, the grass can get burned. It will grow back pretty quick, so it?s not usually a problem for us, but again I apologize for this.
I called, they came, they did a fantastic job, promptly. The were courteous and quick to respond, Price was resonable, what more could you ask for? Satisfied client.
They were on time, courteous and friendly. I had not been able to get a stain out of the carpet and had had it professionally cleaned by another company. I thought I needed to have the carpet cut out and patched. TLC felt like the stain could be removed by steam cleaning and wanted to try that first. They removed the stain, cleaned the rest of the room and saved me $60! If we would have had to have it patched, it would have looked patched. I was extremely satisfied with this company and would highly recommend them.
First off, let me make sure I point out that TLC's customer service is top notch. Called me back within minutes of me filling out their website form. Setup a convenient time and called me again at a later date to confirm. Even called me the day of when en route. Cleaned my sectional very well! I had several dark blue ink stains from a dog accident a year ago, dog slobber, hair, and who knows what else on my microfiber sectional.
