I was expecting the furniture to look better than it did.
Business response:
I asked my tech about this and he told my the sofa was older and well worn on the pillows and arms. My tech explained this to the customer and even cleaned over some of the areas more than once. He even showed Derek the difference from one side to the other. There just wasn't much we could do this the particular piece of upholstery. Also, the customer didn't call our office to discuss it with me. Thanks.

Technician was on time and courteous. He went right to work. Thought that the carpet stretching service portion would be done using a machine, but wasn't. Company provides a 1 year service on the stretching, time will tell if it was done correctly. As for now, everything looks fine. Cleaning portion was as expected.
