At first I was apprehensive about the carpet company. My previous carpet cleaner had made my carpet dirtier than he found it and it took 3 days to dry. But TLC carpet was superb. Paul knew what he was talking about and delivered 100% of what he promised. The technician he sent (Joe) knew his work well and performed a wonderful job! I would recommend this company again and again.
Guy was on time and did a great job and was quick. Carpets turned out fine.
My antique cross on wall fell, broke into peices while cleaning, "Big J" apologized, said would be reimbursed. then spoke to paul he advised without receipt would not be reimbursed. Found living room had soap residue. Paul said could be "leftover" from another cleaning. Have never hired any other cleaner for my carpets. He hung up on me when i did argue with him about him not taking responsibility. Called him back to express that am unhappy to be hung up on. They did an excellent job. Very professional and cost was quite reasonable. Joe cleaned one area rug at my home and took another in for cleaning. He was polite and extremely helpful. I would definitely recommend this company and use them again.
