Very professional. Did a great job and cleaned up after work.
On time, cleaned furniture (looks like new) , David was friendly, completed the job in a timely manner
TLC was prompt in calling me and were able to schedule an appointment within a day even though I opted for a later date. They called me once they were at the house to notify me of some stains they found, gave me a price for the additional stains then only proceeded with the additional stain removal once they had my authorization. I love this company and got everything I was expecting
