Very fast service after initial contact. Technician arrived a little ahead of schedule. Work was performed quickly to my satisfaction. Price was in the middle of the estimate quoted on the phone. Have cash if you call them, good discount for paying cash though they also take credit cards.

Dave picked up and returned my carpets on schedule. Brittany worked with me to provide a quote, help with a fringe alteration on a round carpet and made sure that all my questions were answered. I had 3 runners and 3 area rugs cleaned, including one large area rug that was quite soiled. All my carpets look like new, the fringe on the runners was sparkling clean and the carpets soft to the touch. I would use this company again.
