They were excellent I just had to provide a ladder.
I live on the third floor, and there was some difficulty getting the hoses up to that level. They ended up having to come back a second day in order to reach. So, an overall excellent job, but longer than scheduled.
Our guy was friendly and explained things as he went. He covered our furniture and made sure everything was clean before he left. Pricing was explained upfront on the phone with a follow up email. We would definitely recommend TLC for duct cleaning. Best price around and great service!
Great service
Extremely professional, gave the recommendation for the proper duct vents to install. Overall did a good job however I felt the price was a little high.
the receptionist was extremely helpful and informative, did not try to oversell me with all kinds of additional services, which made me request additional services because of her helpful and confident attitude. The carpet (have 3 pets) was beautifully cleaned, soft, dried quickly, and he stretched the carpet in all areas perfectly. He power cleaned my bathroom tile and it looks so much better, was efficient and detailed. Would recommend highly!
